Nicholas Nevils
Systems Administrator
Nicholas Nevils brings 10 years of IT and systems engineering experience to his work as FACET’s Systems Administrator and IT Process Engineer. He supports all internal technology environment by ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and scalable—and by building the operational processes that help the FACET Team work efficiently.
In his role, Nicholas manages core IT administration needs such as identity and access management, device and endpoint standards, and the tooling that powers day-to-day collaboration. He also focuses on IT process engineering: developing clear documentation and SOPs, designing onboarding and offboarding workflows, standardizing permissions and change control, and implementing automation to reduce repetitive work and prevent avoidable issues.
Nicholas is known for translating technical requirements into practical, repeatable systems that improve consistency and reduce friction across the organization.
His goal is simple and focused: Keep FACET running smoothly behind the scenes while continually improving how IT supports the business as it grows.
Prior to becoming FACET's Systems Administrator, he spent 5 years in Apple's repair channel and is a Certified SCRUM Master and Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert.
