For the past five years, Marc Brattin has been involved in the “Transition” division of our Talent Management Cycle and heads up the “Attract” division. He is FACET’s Las Vegas Area Career Consultant and Recruiter.
In tandem with his career management and recruiting experience, Marc’s strong background in sales, sales management and web-based marketing provides a unique opportunity to assess, direct and help candidates market themselves into a ‘best fit’ employment situation. His style is direct, personal, flexible, and discreet in both career counseling and recruiting.
Marc’s background includes counseling and retained search for regional and national recruiting and talent management firms that specialize in Energy/Oil & Gas, Mining, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, as well as Medical and Allied Health. Marc has also owned and operated web-based companies for custom motorcycles, luxury automobiles and exotic motorcars. He was also Director of Sales and Marketing for a nutrition and health food company and managed accounts for FedEx and Airborne Express/DHL.
Marc attended Brookhaven College where he dual majored in Business and Music with CE at The University of Houston and The University of Nevada - Las Vegas (UNLV). Marc also has advanced studies in web-based search marketing and is a three-time graduate of eBay University.
