Each module is designed for a 3-1/2 hour session; however, all of our offerings are scalable and customizable to suit your needs.

We recommend that the modules of the Letter Perfect Series, the Customer Service Series and the The Staying Cool Series be taken in sequence. The modules of the Employment Compliance Series and the Honey or Vinegar Series may be taken independently.
