Deb Waldman has over 20 years of human resources experience relating to effective human resource management, organizational development, career management and transition, strategic planning, employee relations, management development and executive coaching.

Prior to joining The Facet Group, Deb established Human Resource Solutions in 2008, a human resource consulting firm specializing in small to mid-size companies and start-up, entrepreneurial businesses. She also spent nearly 10 years with the Maryland-based HR Team as a Senior Consultant.

Ms. Waldman also served as the Director of Human Resources for The Enterprise Foundation where, in addition to managing the HR function for 16 offices nationwide, she restructured human resources into a highly effective customer service model of delivery.

Holding a BS from Southern Connecticut University, and an MS from the University of Oklahoma, Ms. Waldman is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Acadiana Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRM), and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).

She is qualified to interpret DISC assessments and the Personal Strengths Inventory. She has volunteers with several organizations whose mission is to benefit disadvantaged children.
